ACA International Leads a Three-Day Interactive Forum on Effective Collection Floor Management

Certified instructors will provide education on how to use key performance indicators and dialer management to help businesses reach their goals sufficiently.

Managing the collection floor is one of the most crucial focuses of any successful agency. ACA International’s next CORE: Collection Floor Management seminar, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (CDT) Dec. 13-15, 2016, will provide attendees the chance to hear what other agencies are doing to improve collection floor operations.

Certified instructors Elizabeth Conklin, account executive at State Collection Service, Inc. in Madison, Wis., and Irene Hoheusle, vice president at Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. in Wichita, Kan., will lead the online seminar focusing on operating a more compliant collection floor and implementing best practices at an organizational level.

In addition to brainstorming techniques for inventory and dialer management and developing key performance indicators that pinpoint opportunities, participants will learn how to effectively coach and manage their staff.

Participants in the seminar will earn 2.25 Professional Development Units, which can be applied toward the Scholar and Fellow designations. Please note, credit will be provided only to individuals who have paid to attend this seminar. Anyone sitting in with a paid participant is not eligible to receive credit.

Attend this seminar with the WebEx Mobile app, available for iPhone, iPad, Android, Blackberry and Windows Phone 8. Download the app today! Note: Access code and password will be e-mailed to you a few days before the seminar. Attendance will be verified by ACA staff.
