BillingTree receives NACHA certification of compliance for ACH Operating Rules 

Phoenix, Ariz. – November 3, 2016 - BillingTree®, the leading provider of omni-channel, integrated payments solutions to the healthcare, ARM and financial services industries, announced today it has successfully completed an audit of compliance with the 2016 NACHA Operating Rules on ACH payments. The certification continues the BillingTree commitment to ensuring company policies and procedures are in line with the latest industry regulations.

The audit was conducted by electronic payment compliance specialists WesPay and related solely to compliance with ACH Rules. The NACHA Operating Rules are designed to define the roles and responsibilities of financial institutions and establish clear guidelines for each network participant, the rules ensure that millions of payments occur smoothly each day.

This is the latest compliance accreditation for BillingTree. The company holds an 'A+' rating by the highly respected Better Business Bureau (BBB) and maintains full accreditation in conformity with the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16 - as well as PCI-DSS 3.0 and the HIPAA security rule.
