Contract Callers Welcomes Director of Call Center Operations

Augusta, ga, November 3, 2015:  As Contract Callers, Inc. (CCI) continues to expand its reach within the ARM industry, the Company announced today that industry veteran Bob Borek has joined the team as Director of Call Center Operations.  Bob brings to this position his comprehensive leadership experience, deep knowledge of the receivables management industry, and a forward-looking perspective to CCI.

Bob has spent more than 30 years in the collection industry and spent the majority of his career with Convergent Outsourcing where he worked as a Trainer and General Manager before moving over to Project Management. In his new role with CCI he will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of our call centers where he will be developing new initiatives and strategies that will ensure a competitive edge for the organization.
