Eterna software now includes the capability for collection agencies to create, publish and deliver their own courses in the cloud.

Another significant enhancement is the ability for trainers to author their own training courses, or job-aids, in the cloud using the Eterna system.  Usually between 1-5 minutes in length, these how-to videos can be assigned as part of a training curriculum to collectors.  For an additional annual fee, will also provide authoring training and support.
