NACS Announces Promotion of New Chief Operating Officer
Dusty Vigil will serve in the leadership role after working in the ACA International member company’s accounting and medical services early out departments.
North American Credit Services, in conjunction with Medical Services, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Dusty M. Vigil to Chief Operating Officer for the ACA International member company headquartered in Chattanooga, Tenn.
“I’m deeply honored to be trusted with this responsibility. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve our employees, clients, and community in the role of COO,” Vigil said. “It is an exciting time to work in our industry, and I look forward to providing leadership throughout the years ahead.”
Vigil, who has been serving in the leadership role as vice president, initially joined NACS and Medical Services in 1999 where she obtained hands-on work experience in various divisions and departments throughout the company. After earning a bachelor’s degree in English literature and history from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2006; Vigil taught high school English and public speaking. Upon returning back to the company in 2010, she worked in the accounting department which led to her further promotion in 2012 as director for the Medical Services Early Out division.
“Dusty has for the past several years worked behind the scenes in the process of accounting and our operation flow as well as mentoring in the responsibility to step in as a Corporate Officer,” said NACS Chairman and CEO Dallas S. Bunton, Sr. “I will be working closely with Dusty in providing the professional support required to take on this tremendous task of responsibility, as she continues to lead out our company for future generations.”
