Tennessee is Giving a Call Center Away

The State of Tennessee is currently seeking companies interested in setting up call center operations in Hancock County as part of Project 95. In Hancock County, you'll find one of the most devoted workforces in the country despite that it is based in the most economically distressed county in Tennessee. We believe so strongly in this community that the State of Tennessee is offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to the most eligible company.

Project 95 offers a 17,750 square foot call center facility that is available absolutely rent-free. The catch? Put the hardworking, dependable people of Hancock County to work. Hancock County sits along the border of Tennessee and Virginia in the eastern part of the state. Learn more about Project 95 and Hancock County by watching our video.

Sign-up to acknowledge your company’s interest in our project to be considered for the RFP process. The deadline for submitting a letter of intent is September 30, 2017, and selection of a tenant is expected to occur by November 2017. I would enjoy the opportunity to speak with you further to learn more about your company’s needs and discuss Project 95 further.
