ACA’s Eagan staff volunteered at the nonprofit organization Feed My Starving Children to help children and families in need.

ACA International’s staff recently transformed their in-office holiday celebration into a meaningful volunteer effort at Feed My Starving Children’s facility in Eagan, Minnesota. The group of 12 ACA staff members joined forces with other volunteers on Jan. 28 to pack nutritious meals for children in need.

During their 1.5-hour volunteer session, the collective group of volunteers packed an impressive 95 boxes of food, producing 20,520 meals destined for Panama. This effort will provide daily meals to 56 children for an entire year.

Feed My Starving Children, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing nutritionally complete meals for malnourished children worldwide, facilitates these volunteer-powered packing sessions to help reach children in need across the globe.

“At ACA International, we believe in the power of community service and the impact we can make when we come together for a greater cause,” said ACA CEO Scott Purcell. “Transforming our holiday celebration into an opportunity to help feed children in Panama perfectly aligns with our values of giving back and making a difference in people’s lives.”

The volunteer session not only served as a team-building activity for ACA staff but also demonstrated the association’s commitment to supporting communities in need.
