Convention 2026: ACA’s Convention Kicks Off in Orlando

ACA’s flagship event of the year is underway! Day one brings members together for powerful leadership lessons, new connections and the grand opening of the Expo Hall and Innovation Stage.

The wait is over — we’re live in Orlando!

ACA’s 2026 Convention & Expo officially opens today at Rosen Shingle Creek, bringing accounts receivable management professionals together for three days of learning, networking and industry innovation.

Attendees from across the country are arriving ready to exchange ideas, explore solutions and build relationships with the people who understand the opportunities and challenges shaping the ARM industry.

Start With New Connections

The first day offers plenty of opportunities to reconnect with longtime colleagues and make new connections.

First-time attendees and new ACA members can begin their Convention experience at the First Timers & New Members Meet & Greet, sponsored by Bayview Solutions, from 2–3 p.m. Attendees will meet ACA staff, connect with fellow members, and get tips for making the most of their Convention experience.

Whether this is your first Convention or one of many, today is the perfect time to introduce yourself, start conversations and set the stage for a productive three days.

Championship-Level Leadership

At 3:30 p.m., former Boston Celtics player, coach and executive M.L. Carr will take the Main Stage for “Don’t Be Denied: Championship-Level Leadership,” sponsored by Finvi.

Drawing from his unconventional journey through the American Basketball Association, Eastern Basketball Association and international leagues — and ultimately to the Celtics — Carr will share lessons about perseverance, leadership and what it takes to build a winning team.

His experiences on and off the court will give attendees a new perspective on overcoming obstacles, developing talent and leading with purpose.

The Expo Hall Opens Tonight

Day one concludes with one of the Convention’s most anticipated events: the Welcome Reception and Innovation Stage in the Expo Hall from 5–7 p.m.

The Expo Hall brings together leading technology providers, service partners and industry innovators offering solutions designed to help ARM organizations work smarter and prepare for what’s ahead. Attendees can explore the latest developments in communications, compliance, payments, automation, artificial intelligence and more, all while connecting directly with the experts behind them.

The Innovation Stage will also give exhibitors an opportunity to bring their ideas and solutions to life through focused presentations throughout the Convention.

Supporting the Orlando Community

ACA is highlighting the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando as its community service partner during the Convention. As Central Florida’s oldest and largest animal welfare organization, the Pet Alliance provides shelter, veterinary care, adoption services, and lifesaving programs for thousands of dogs and cats each year. Its work helps pets find loving homes while supporting families throughout the community.

Attendees will have opportunities to learn more about the organization and support its work caring for pets and the people who love them, including the chance to meet some very special four-legged guests during tonight’s Welcome Reception.

Puppies on the Show Floor? Yes, Really.

Need a break between conversations or looking for the happiest stop in the Expo Hall?

Stop by Finvi’s booth #208 during the Welcome Reception to meet adorable puppy ambassadors from Pet Alliance. Whether you’re a lifelong dog lover or simply need a little stress relief, these special guests are sure to be one of the evening’s most popular attractions.

Stop by for tail wags, puppy cuddles and an opportunity to learn more about the impact Pet Alliance is making throughout the Orlando community.

Fair warning: productivity may temporarily decline in the immediate vicinity of the puppies.

The puppies will only be on the show floor during the Welcome Reception, so don’t miss your chance to say hello!

This is only the beginning.

Over the next three days, attendees can look forward to educational sessions covering the issues that matter most to their organizations, additional Main Stage speakers, meaningful networking opportunities, and more time to explore the Expo Hall.
