ACA International’s 2022 Convention & Expo last week helped attendees build lifelong connections, including at the Women in Collections Resource Council (WICRC) reception focused on engaging new visionary leaders

Kicking off the informal gathering, sponsored by Latitude by Genesys, ACA President Courtney Reynaud encouraged attendees to ask questions and proactively introduce themselves to other people at the reception and throughout the convention.

Similar to discussions during the WICRC’s monthly online Water Cooler Chats, member Caren Enloe, partner at Smith Debnam, presented a prompt for reception guests to discuss in small groups: How do we engage the next generation to become trailblazers? Lively conversations followed as guests chatted and mingled.

Are you looking for more opportunities to connect with members and the WICRC? All are welcome.

The Water Cooler Chat is held online on the second Thursday of every month to help attendees to find creative solutions to challenges faced in the accounts receivable management industry. Take this opportunity to recharge by connecting with your industry peers, asking questions, getting feedback or just hanging out!

ACA and the WICRC will also host the 2nd Annual Women’s Conference during Fall Forum 2022, Nov. 2-4 in Chicago.

The ACA Women’s Conference is a goal-centered, engaging experience for women at every level. This one-day event held Nov. 2, 2022, at the Radisson Blu Aqua in Chicago, will offer opportunities for networking, mentorship, career empowerment, and personal growth.
