Coast Promotes Rechelle Brown to
Director of Client Service
GENESEO, NY (March 12, 2020) – Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast)
has promoted Rechelle Brown to Director of Client
Service. Rechelle’s promotion is a direct result of
her exceptional work ethic and dedication to achieving company growth and
success.
Rechelle began her career at Coast
in 2012 as the Client Relations Manager. As Director, Rechelle
will oversee the Client Service team and continue to be instrumental in
maintaining and developing relationships with the company’s clients. With over
35 years of management and client service experience, Rechelle’s
immense industry knowledge has led to numerous process improvements at Coast.
Rechelle is highly involved in the
collection and higher education industry through participation in conferences
and industry organizations. She is a board member of the Coalition of Higher
Education Assistance Organizations (COHEAO), serving as the Communications
Co-Chair since January 2019 while representing Coast and being an advocate for
Perkins reauthorization and borrower options. Rechelle
has extensive experience speaking at higher education and industry conferences
and is a graduate of Barry University with her bachelor’s degree in Business
Management.
