Complete Companies New Facility Ribbon Cutting



Salt Lake City, UT – June 12th, 2018 – Complete Companies, a leader in contact call center services including reverse supply chain management and customer experience outsourcing announces a ribbon cutting event to commemorate the move into their new facility in Taylorsville Utah.   The newly purchased 46,000 square foot building which included a $1.5MM renovation will house the majority of their Utah based team.  The Mayor of Taylorsville will preside over the ribbon cutting event which will be accompanied by other elected officials, local dignitaries, Complete Recovery clients, and invited guests.


According to their new CEO, W. Merlin Jensen, “Our new facility will not only increase our capacity to serve our existing clients and take advantage of our new growth but we also create a beautiful and secure campus that helps deliver on our employee commitment by creating a best in class call center.”  W. Merlin Jensen recently took over the role of CEO from President and co-founder, Aaron L. Meier as he recognized the need to better position the company to adapt to their explosive growth.


This move marks their fourth relocation as Complete continues to outgrow each former building.  “It’s no secret that Utah is a great place to live but it’s also one of the best places in the country to run a business and to recruit outstanding talent”, according to W. Merlin Jensen. “We couldn’t be more excited to begin work at the new campus and to begin a new chapter in our company’s future.”
