It was great to see how much interest there was in providing an awards program driven by transparent results. I believe these awards recognise and focus on the core industry roles within credit and collections. These awards event recognises innovation, which is underpinning progress within the industry. Transparency is at the very heart of all the awards programmes we run.
“Inflation and the cost of living continue to challenge the industry, and these awards highlight the people and companies who are meeting these challenges. The industry has continued to show true professionalism, resilience and adaptability, and we will showcase this through the awards categories.
“A reminder to those considering entry is that these are FREE to enter. Companies that enter are entitled to see where they have finished in the process. Likewise, winning and shortlisted companies will have the opportunity to get judges’ feedback through the award’s unique and transparent judging process. The companies and people who enter these awards will receive recognition through the value of judges’ comments and the graphics, which will outline and produce clear and tangible results data, which are the backbone of these awards.”
