Alltrust Credit Union has announced two leadership changes aimed at strengthening its team and improving member services.

Nicole Mello has joined the credit union as vice president, retail banking, while Jaime Bourgeois has been promoted to vice president, loan servicing and collections, according to a community announcement.

Mello brings more than 20 years of banking experience to Alltrust. She has held various leadership roles, including branch operations manager, bank manager and most recently director banking center manager and covering regional manager at Webster Bank. She is also involved in several community organizations in the area.

Bourgeois has been with Alltrust since May 2018, serving as mortgage loan servicing manager. She was one of the founding members of the credit union’s loan servicing department and played a key role in building and expanding the team. In addition to managing the loan servicing department, Bourgeois will manage the credit union’s commercial portfolio and the collections process.

“With Nicole joining the team and Jaime’s promotion, we are excited to move forward with a stronger, more dynamic team,” Kimbery Trahan, chief human resource officer, said in the announcement. “We are grateful for the dedication they bring to Alltrust.”

The credit union has assets of more than $300 million and provides banking services to more than 11,500 members.
