What Experian Announced

Experian plc said Adam Crozier will be appointed to the board as an independent non‑executive director and chair designate effective 12 May 2026.

He is scheduled to take over as chair from Mike Rogers following Experian’s Annual General Meeting, which is planned for 22 July 2026.

This move is part of a planned board succession process, with Rogers retiring after around nine years on the board and seven years as chair.
Who Adam Crozier Is

Crozier is currently chair of BT Group and Kantar Group, bringing substantial FTSE 100 and large‑cap governance experience.

He has previously served as chair of Whitbread and ASOS and was a non‑executive director at Sony Group Corporation.

He also has more than 20 years’ experience as a CEO across multiple industries, including as CEO of ITV from 2010 to 2017.
