Meridian Credit Union has partnered with Personetics to power an enhanced, AI-driven money management and advice experience inside its OnYourWay digital platform.
What the partnership does
Meridian is embedding Personetics’ AI “cognitive banking” capabilities into its mobile banking app so that OnYourWay becomes a proactive source of personalized financial guidance rather than just a transactional tool. The goal is to improve members’ financial confidence by surfacing tailored insights, recommendations, and alerts directly in their everyday banking experience.
Key features for members
With the new OnYourWay experience, members can:

Track income and expenses with visual charts that highlight month‑to‑month changes.

See categorized spending breakdowns, set budgets by category (for example, groceries or travel), and establish savings goals with progress tracking.

Receive alerts about changes in bills or subscriptions, potential duplicate payments, and other unusual activity, including dedicated insights for small business accounts.
