Bridgeforce Data Solutions Announces First AI Product For Credit Bureau Disputes Coming To Market In 2025

CHADDS FORD, PA – October 9, 2024 – This week at the AI-Native Banking Conference in Salt Lake City, Bridgeforce Data Solutions’ CEO, Matt Scarborough, officially announced Agent Assist, the newest and first AI product, coming to the Data Quality Scanner Ecosystem in 2025. 

Powered by Amazon Bedrock, this new AI product combines results from the industry-leading Data Quality Scanner Furnishing and Disputes Modules with indirect dispute data to provide robust insights for Dispute Agents. 

The Data Quality Scanner Disputes module already enables clients to view all the credit bureau information disputed about a customer’s accounts during its lifetime, how other agents have responded, any Data Quality Scanner rules triggered in the furnished Metro 2® files or AUDs, and related analytics. With Agent Assist, agents will have all of that power and more. 

“Our existing prototype brings all of the power of the combined data and ruleset from our Disputes Module into a real-time tool for helping disputes agents to identify issues and ensure accuracy with much greater efficiency and comprehensiveness than possible manually,” said Scarborough.  

 “With the addition of the generative AI features, we can combine those insights with each client’s detailed procedures to guide and efficiently inform the agents, ensuring compliant and efficient investigations.”  

With the help of large language models, agents will also be able to use AI chat features to ask questions about an account in plain English and receive a response. This will save agents significant time from having to look through numerous data sources to complete a reasonable investigation into each dispute.  

These new AI capabilities will also capture an automated audit trail of all the questions and answers provided during each dispute investigation.
