Coast Professional Inc. has announced the opening of a new office in Perry, New York, later this month, expanding its presence in the state and creating more than 200 full-time employment opportunities.
The new site will support Coast’s student loan collection operations. Although the Parker Lane facility has supported contact center operations in the past, Coast said its investment signals a renewed focus on employee development, workplace culture, and long-term community engagement. Additionally, new hires will have access to structured training programs, professional growth opportunities, and recognition initiatives designed to support both individual performance and team collaboration.
Coast CEO Jonathan Prince said the Perry location reflects Coast’s commitment to investing in communities with strong customer service talent.
“We are excited to open our doors in Perry, a community with deep roots in contact center and customer service work,” Prince said. “We know there is a strong, experienced workforce here, and we’re proud to invest in opportunities that allow people to build meaningful careers close to home. This expansion reflects our long-term commitment to both our employees and the communities we serve.”
Coast also emphasized its ongoing commitment to community involvement. Employees participate in initiatives such as the company’s “Dress Down for Charity” program, which allows team members to support charitable organizations through voluntary contributions. In 2025 alone, Coast employees raised more than $50,000 through the program. The company also participates in local fundraising efforts, including an annual golf tournament benefiting area schools.
