(VBS) named Strategic BPO Solutions, LLC. The partnership is a Small Business Administration (SBA) approved MPA with Coast participating as the mentor and VBS as the protégé. Strategic BPO Solutions’ focus is on transforming business process outsourcing and contact center operations by leveraging innovative strategies and advanced technologies to meet the evolving needs of clients while delivering exceptional service and support to help organizations achieve their operational goals efficiently.

Strategic BPO Solutions enters the market with more than 56 years of combined experience managing contact center contracts.
