MIAMI, FL – The law firm of Pollack & Rosen, P.A., is proud to announce that Neema Desai has joined the firm as an associate attorney in our Miami Corporate
Office. In this role, Neema will utilize her experience as a consumer rights litigator and
apply those skills in a creditor’s rights setting. Neema has been a practicing attorney in Florida since 2004. She began her law career as an intern at the United States Trustee’s Office in Miami and from there,
she began doing litigation and bankruptcy work for a large south Floria firm.
Neema is also admitted to the Bar in the State of Texas. In 2009, Neema branched out and created the firm of Neema R. Desai, P.A. where she successfully built a high-volume consumer litigation practice focusing primarily on state-level consumer litigation, personal and business bankruptcy, and
contract negotiation. Neema earned her law degree in 2002 from the University of Miami School of
Law and obtained a BA from the University of Texas in Dallas in 1997. President Joseph Rosen said “we are excited that Neema has joined the firm. I am confident that she will contribute at a high level by bringing industry experience
and knowledge to the table, which will benefit the firm and the clients we serve.”
