Agreement brings Jack Henry™ Symitar® core processing and integrated solutions to Synergent’s first credit union relationship in Montana
(WESTBROOK, ME) – Synergent® is proud to share a new partnership with Richland Federal Credit Union, which has signed a ten-year agreement for hosted Jack Henry™ Symitar® core processing. The credit union has also entered into five-year agreements for a suite of integrated services, including digital banking, bill pay, mobile deposit capture, check fraud detection, check processing, statement processing, and check printing.
For Richland Federal Credit Union, the decision reflects a practical approach to technology investment that prioritizes reliability, security, and long-term continuity for both staff and members. It supports strong operations today while keeping future member needs firmly in view.
