In her role as Vice President of Operations for RNN Group, Ms. Bloom will shape the company’s future by optimizing internal processes and driving strategic growth. She will be pivotal in defining RNN’s mission and objectives to support our continued growth. Her responsibilities include oversight of all operational activities, management of RNN’s robust compliance frameworks, external vendor relationship management, and product development. Autumn’s commitment to innovation and her ability to identify new technological
solutions, including Al and automation, will position RNN Group as a leader within the receivables space. Autumn’s impact on the receivables management landscape extends beyond her previous executive roles. A sought-after leader, she is an RMAi Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) and an active member of the Receivables Management Association International (RMAI). Within RMAl, she served two terms as Chairperson of the Public Relations &

Marketing Committee, was a member of the Certification Council, served on the Membership Committee and currently contributes to the Educational Committee.
