An Easy Way To Eliminate Your Credit Card Debt - Best Rates

FAIRFIELD, CT — Managing multiple credit cards and high-interest debt can be a challenge for many consumers, but a graduate of Sacred Heart University has launched a new tool aimed at helping users regain financial control.

Sourabh Dadapure, who earned a master’s degree in computer science and information technology from SHU in 2016, is the developer behind CreditConnect, a free app designed to assist users in monitoring and managing their credit card debt. The app uses a proprietary algorithm and artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistant to offer personalized debt management strategies.

Dadapure, originally from India, moved to the United States in 2014 to pursue graduate studies at SHU. He said he was drawn to the university’s emphasis on practical experience.

“Much of my undergraduate education in India was theoretical,” he said. “I wanted a program where I could apply what I learned to real-world challenges, and SHU provided that opportunity.”

Since graduating, Dadapure has worked in software and app development, advising both startups and established companies. His experience in technology, combined with personal interest in finance and helping friends with debt issues, led to the creation of CreditConnect.

“I wanted to build something that genuinely helps people,” he said. “When you’re trying to get out of debt, even small costs can add up. Making the app free was essential.”

Robert McCloud, a professor of computer science and director of technology integration at SHU, described Dadapure as a motivated and curious student with a strong work ethic.

“He had a sparkle in his eye and a contagious curiosity about software and technology,” McCloud said. “He was determined to succeed and made a strong impression on our program.”

CreditConnect is currently available for download in the iOS App Store. Dadapure continues to develop and enhance the platform, with the goal of offering users practical tools for long-term financial wellness.

Reflecting on his journey, Dadapure encouraged future students and professionals to pursue fields they are passionate about. “Believe in yourself,” he said. “With hard work and dedication, anything is possible.”
