• A dedicated Innovation Lab has been added to accelerate new ideas, technology development, and forward‑looking solutions for members and internal operations.

Amenities for employees

• New amenities include a fitness center, café, game room, and social spaces, all designed to support employee wellness, connection, and retention in a competitive labor market.
