In this role, Gonzalez will oversee all member-facing functions, including the retail branch network, contact center, BSA/AML, compliance, vendor management, and other essential support services. With more than 20 years of leadership in financial services, he brings deep expertise, a passion for community connection, and a strong member-first mindset to Tucoemas.
